In this section you will find Alex’s favorite workouts and workout tips. Fitness is so important to Alex. Alex, like many, struggles with anxiety and uses fitness as an escape as well as a healing tool. Fitness and working out is not only good for the body but for the mind as well. Alex is a natural athlete with a background in swimming and running, lots of exercises will reflect this background. She believes sports and fitness often create the foundation of self-love and self-discipline. Although she has years and years of experience as a competitive athlete it doesn’t mean you have to be an athlete to do her workouts. Workouts will range from cardio to strength to HIIT and everything in between. All workouts are modifiable and you can’t take them at your own pace.
