Makes about 12 bars *good for 5 days in fridge* or store in freezer
- 2 small scoops of vegan chocolate protein powder (Garden of Life brand)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup sunflower butter
- mash 1 banana
- ½ cup nuts and seeds (walnuts and flax seed meal)
- 1/4 cup agave syrup
- cacao nibs (amount your preference)
- sprinkle coconut flakes on top
